This quest main objective is to help player to reach lvl 7 minimum for all his skill the cheapest way. Simply talk to Discple in Revive Arena to activate the quest. Then fight around 10 battle in Revive Arena, you will receive the quest item - mokka. Simply return the quest item to Mokka, he will reward you with 100 skill point to your lowest skill.
TIP: As long as you don't return the quest item, you will simply received another mokka sword after another 10 battle. Simply continue battling until you reached your maximum capacity. Remember to reactivate your quest.
